Nikki replies to confirm everything, with a secure payment link and an estimated delivery date. Once you've paid, she makes your song and emails it to you.
Essential, £14.99: a personalised AI-assisted song with a basic quality check and pronunciation check, as an MP3.
Signature, £29.99: everything in Essential, plus human-reviewed lyrics, full pronunciation checks, a personally selected arrangement and 1 revision.
Premium, £49.99: everything in Signature, plus 2 revisions, personalised cover artwork and two finished versions of your song.
Yes. Songs are produced with AI music tools, and every one is checked by Nikki before it's sent. In the Signature and Premium packages she also reviews the lyrics, checks pronunciation and chooses the arrangement herself. Every song is new and made only for you.
We'll give you an estimated delivery date when we confirm your order, usually within 3 working days of payment. If you need it by a certain date, mention it in your email.
Once we've agreed the details by email, we'll send you a secure payment link. Payments are handled by Stripe, a secure payment provider used by millions of businesses. We never see or store your card details.
A complete song as an MP3 file, sent by email. Premium also includes personalised cover artwork and a second finished version. You can play it on any phone or computer, send it by WhatsApp or email, or play it at a party.
Tell us how to say the name in your email (for example "Siobhan, said Shi-vorn"). Every song gets a pronunciation check, and Signature and Premium songs get a full check by Nikki.
Signature includes 1 revision and Premium includes 2. Email your changes within 14 days of receiving your song. Essential doesn't include revisions, but if anything is wrong, such as a misspelt name or a detail that doesn't match what you told us, we'll put it right.
Yes. Your song is for personal use, which includes sharing it with family and friends and posting it on your own social media. Please don't sell it, use it in advertising, or upload it to streaming services such as Spotify.
Yes, playing it at a private event such as a wedding, party or memorial is fine. For business use, like an advert or a company video, please get in touch first.

A personalised song created from the details you give us, delivered by email as an MP3 file. Songs are produced with artificial intelligence tools and checked by us before they're sent. What's included depends on the package you choose (Essential, Signature or Premium), as described on our website at the time you order.
Prices are Essential £14.99, Signature £29.99 and Premium £49.99. You order by email. Once we've agreed the details, we send you a secure Stripe payment link, and payment is taken in full. Your contract with us starts when your payment is confirmed.
We'll give you an estimated delivery date when we confirm your order, usually within 3 working days of payment. Your song is sent by email to the address you ordered from. Please save a copy when you receive it.
Each song is made to order from your details. If you change your mind before we've started making your song, email us and we'll refund you in full. Once we've started, you agree that you lose your usual 14-day right to cancel, because the song is personalised for you. This doesn't affect your rights if something goes wrong (see below).
Signature includes 1 revision and Premium includes 2. Please email your changes within 14 days of receiving your song. A revision means changes to the song we've made, such as lyrics, a detail or the style, not a completely new song about someone else.
If your song is faulty (for example, it won't play, a name is misspelt, or it doesn't match the details you gave us), contact us and we'll fix or replace it, or refund you, whichever package you chose. This doesn't affect your legal rights.
You're responsible for the details you give us. Please don't include anything offensive, hateful, sexual, or anyone's private information they wouldn't want shared. We may decline to create, or refund, a song that breaks these rules. We don't make songs that imitate real artists or use other people's lyrics.
You may use your song for personal, non-commercial purposes, including sharing it with others, playing it at private events and posting it on your personal social media. You may not sell it, license it, use it in advertising, or distribute it on streaming services. If you tell us in your order email that you're happy for us to, we may post your song and lyrics, which include the recipient's first name, on our website and our TikTok, Instagram and YouTube channels. Please only say yes if the person the song is for is happy too. We won't share it otherwise, and if you change your mind, email us and we'll take it down.
We are responsible for losses you suffer that are a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms. We are not responsible for losses that were not foreseeable. Nothing in these terms limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring proceedings in your local courts.

We keep your order emails and song for as long as we need them to deliver your song and handle any revisions or questions. Payment and order records are kept for six years to meet tax rules. You can ask us to delete your information at any time, subject to what we must keep by law.
This website doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies. Stripe uses its own essential cookies on its payment page to keep payments secure.
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, object to how we use it, or ask us to limit it. Email pureglowrecords@gmail.com and we'll reply within one month. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
